I had a tech paper pointed out to me here (http://www.isruinfo.com/docs/microwave_sintering_of_lunar_soil.pdf). It deals with using microwaves to sinter lunar soils together. It will be interesting to know if we can use the same processes as we do on Earth to make prestressed concrete members. With microwaves substituting for the water cure as used on Earth.
