Has been going since 1933 and Arthur C Clarke was a former Society Chairman. Not too much available online, but it publishes two excellent Magazines, 'Spaceflight' and the more technical 'Journal of the British Interplanetary Society' (JBIS), which is superb if you have a more technical and/or scientific mind.

Yes, I remember reading about their interstellar space probe study Project Daedalus in the 80s. Do they have any focus on NEOs/moon and ISRU?

They have an all day Symposium "Project Daedalus - three decades on" at their London HQ on 30th Sept. I'd like to have attended but it's mid week on a Wednesday and I can't get away from work.
The majority of the focus is on near term, near space projects and developments (NEO's & Moon etc.), but with the occasional foray into more exotic areas such as Daedalus. In fact, one of the speakers at the symposium is presenting a paper proposing using Daedalus technologies for 'Local Transport', by which I assume within our solar system.

The BIS are now revisiting the 70s Daedalus design under the "Icarus Project", a joint study with the Tau Ceti Foundation:
